NABL Test Report Details

The following components have been tested and certified by a NABL-accredited laboratory as per applicable Indian standards:

• LED Luminaire:
  Power Rating: 12 Watt
  Test Parameters: Luminous flux, efficacy, power consumption, surge protection, ingress protection, and thermal performance.

• Battery:
  Type: Lithium LiFePO₄ (Po4)
  Capacity: 30Ah
  Nominal Voltage: 12.8V
  Test Parameters: Capacity test, charge–discharge efficiency, cycle life, safety, and electrical performance.

• Solar PV Module:
  Capacity: 75 Watt
  Test Parameters: Power output, voltage/current ratings, mechanical strength, insulation resistance, and environmental durability.

The above test reports are issued by a NABL-accredited laboratory, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards required for government tenders, CSR projects, and institutional supply.

Ingress Protection – IP66

The solar LED luminaire is designed with IP66 protection, ensuring:

• Complete protection against dust ingress

• Protection against powerful water jets from all directions

• Reliable operation in outdoor and harsh environmental conditions, including rain, dust, and high humidity

This IP66-rated enclosure ensures long service life, minimal maintenance, and consistent performance, making it suitable for solar street lighting, high mast lighting, rural electrification, and government infrastructure projects.
